Hygia Med's solution partners will assist you to shorten the preparation time of your visa applications to finalize the application quickly before you start your travel.

Your passport has to be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Therefore, we recommend that you start your visa procedures and check the validity period of your passport at least 1 month before your travel.

Transportation

Hygia Med will greet their patients and his/her relatives at the airport. After that, transfer you to the planned destination by private car or vans. In case, if it is necessary we will provide ambulance transfer for our patients to the designated medical facility. Also, from the moment you arrive, a Hygia Med agent will escort and assist you to your location.

Accommodation

Hygia Med will give you all the support you need before your medical journey to meet your needs for accommodation in comfort at the best suitable place.

Our priority is your satisfaction. Therefore, we will present to you different options. Depending on your preference, you can stay in 4 or 5 star hotels, suites, residences or private villas.

Medical Tourism

Insurance

We recommend you to purchase a health insurance policy with the Turkey Emergency Health Card - wide insurance coverage, valid at all borders of Turkey for 3 months (92 days) or 1 year (184 days), with single or multiple entries; from the moment of arrival in the country - until the moment of departure from the country. Before you start your trip, it is very important to contact your insurance company and find out what your insurance coverage exactly is. In addition, the Hygia Med team is ready to answer any questions you may have regarding this matter. If your insurance covers all types of international treatment, please notify Hygia Med. In this case, we will follow all your insurance services. If you do not have any insurance and you want to insure yourself and your relatives, please contact us and we will get you the policy that suits you best.
